Offerings

FULL EVENT PLANNING SERVICES

Full event planning is your solution to a completely stress free wedding planning experience. We will take the reigns and you can set yourself on cruise control until it's time to walk down the aisle. Full planning includes Month-Of Coordination as well as basic design assistance. We will create a tailored design look book specifically for you to make sure we don't lose sight of the overall vision. Full planning also entails worry-free selection of the best vendors; including but not limited to: venue, catering, beverage service, photography, florals, hotel, transportation, entertainment, hair and makeup, and officiant. We will be your full time vendor liason so you will only have to deal with one person. We will also assist with RSVP management, seating chart and layout creation, budget planning, and payment reminders. You will be able to track progress through a shared Google Doc checklist and vendor worksheet. We will also have monthly meetings by phone or in person to make sure everyone is on the same page and we are on target for a flawless event!

PARTIAL PLANNING SERVICES

If you're a planner at heart, but think you need a guiding hand to walk you through and make sure all of your dreams come true, Partial Planning Services might be your thing. This offering also includes Month-Of Coordination. Once the package is booked, we will meet to discuss your ideal day and I will share with you design ideas and vendors I think will best suit your needs. After we talk, I will devise a handcrafted budget plan and send you a copy of our Pineapple Union Couple's Guide to ensure you have a smooth planning experience. 

MONTH OF COORDINATION

If you've got this planning thing down and just want someone there on the day-of so you can drink mimosas and chill, you need Month-Of Coordination. 30 days prior to your wedding day, we send you a questionnaire covering every detail you can imagine. We also ask for all of your invoices so we can go over them and ensure not a single detail was missed. From there, we contact all of your vendors, create a detailed timeline of your big day from start to finish down to the minute, and then we show up and take care of business. We call and confirm all of your vendors in the morning and check them in as they arrive, making sure everyone is on schedule. When it’s time for the ceremony, we will lead you through it and gently remind you when it’s time for the important moments like the first dance, cake cutting, and bouquet toss.

Kayla was our day of coordinator for our wedding in July 2017 in the Irish Hills of Michigan. We are happy with our decision to hire her. Before the wedding she contacted vendors to ensure arrangements and timelines were ready, she talked with us about how we wanted our wedding to happen and orchestrated a slew of other tasks and events before as well as during the wedding. We had a very DIY wedding and while I think it was overwhelming for everyone she worked hard to make it work. She also went above and beyond her expected role for us. The servers we hired were unable to do many of the basic wedding tasks we expected but luckily for us Kayla could do all of them and was willing to do these tasks even though it was not what we hired her for. One specific example was when it came time to cut the cake, the servers could not do it but Kayla stepped in and did a fantastic job! Kayla is the type of professional willing to do what needs to be done at your wedding so things run as smoothly as possible.
