Full event planning is your solution to a completely stress free wedding planning experience. We will take the reigns and you can set yourself on cruise control until it's time to walk down the aisle. Full planning includes Month-Of Coordination as well as basic design assistance. Full planning also entails worry-free selection of the best vendors; including but not limited to: catering, beverage service, photography, florals, hotel, transportation, entertainment, hair and makeup, and officiant. We will be your full time vendor liaison so you will only have to deal with one person. We will also assist with the details: favors that make an impact (or won’t, rather), seating chart, card box, guest book, stationery, and more. We have everything you need or we can customize to fit your needs. You will be able to track progress through a shared Google Doc checklist and vendor worksheet. We will also have monthly meetings by phone or in person to make sure everyone is on the same page for a flawless and earth friendly event!
PARTIAL PLANNING SERVICES
If you're a planner at heart, but think you need a guiding hand to walk you through and make sure all of your dreams come true, Partial Planning Services might be your thing. This offering also includes Month-Of Coordination. Once the package is booked, we will meet to discuss your ideal day and we will share with you design ideas and vendors we think will best suit your needs. After we talk, we will send you a copy of our Pineapple Union Couple's Guide that includes budget suggestions, tips and tricks, and a month to month timeline to ensure you have a smooth planning experience.
MONTH OF COORDINATION
If you've got this planning thing down and just want someone there on the day-of so you can drink mimosas and chill, you need Month-Of Coordination. 30 days prior to your wedding day, we send you a questionnaire covering every detail you can imagine. We also ask for all of your invoices so we can go over them and ensure not a single detail was missed. From there, we contact all of your vendors, create a detailed timeline of your big day from start to finish down to the minute, and then we show up and take care of business. We call and confirm all of your vendors in the morning and check them in as they arrive, making sure everyone is on schedule. When it’s time for the ceremony, we will lead you through it and gently remind you when it’s time for the important moments like the first dance, cake cutting, and bouquet toss.
We are adding florals to the mix! We still love all of our local floral vendors and the amazing work they do (especially when those flowers come from local farms), but we want to be able to offer an alternative that leaves less of an impact on our planet. We are now offering silk centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and ceremony decor.
